I bought this grill after reading the great reviews; however, I am sorry I did. Main Concern - the grease catcher does not attach, it just sits in front of the grill. Today the grill leaked grease beyond the catcher onto our new countertops

1) No on/off switch, you have to just unplug it. 2)You have to put it on a placemat so it doesn't bleed plasticizers into your counter 3)It's clunky - your supposed to wear oven mitts to open and close the grill which is really hard to do 4) The ... Read More

I've owned several George Foreman grills over the years, and it's nice to see they keep making improvements.

One of the drawbacks was always that they weren't easy to clean. You couldn't put them in the dishwasher or wash in a sink without putting the whole unit there (not recommended). This has been fixed with the removable grilling plates. Most of the time I can just wipe off with a paper towel, but it's nice to be able to remove the plates for a thorough washing every so often.
