Getting your 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day has never been easier. Honeyville's Freeze Dried Fruits have no sugar added. In fact our Freeze Dried Fruits are additive free, natural fruit. Honeyville's Freeze Dried Peaches are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. Only about 3 percent moisture remains in the product at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90 percent, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh product taste, natural color, and texture of fresh product in it's freeze dried state. When re-hydrated with water the product will maintain the texture and shape of fresh product, with no shrinking or shriveling. Freeze Dried and Dehydrated products are less expensive than wet pack food because you are not paying for all the water. The taste is great, and the nutritional food value is excellent. Freeze drying provides natural and additive free fruits and vegetables to be stored effectively for long periods of time. Remember Honeyville's Freeze Dried and Dehydrated fruits are stable products with a long shelf life without additives or preservatives.

I've ordered several cases of freeze-dried fruits from Honeyville and their products are awesome (my toddler loves their peaches, strawberries and peas). My only reservation is uniformity of the product: I've had orders of the peaches where each little piece is about a 1/2 inch cube, and others where they are very tiny--like shriveled knobby flakes. The product came in a timely manor. The peaches were crunchy and had a lot of good peach flavor.

The freeze-dried peaches big (around 1/2 inch wide) and are not hard or crunchy. Toddlers could eat these easily - they get soft in your mouth. The flavor is delicious - sweet and slightly tangy. The only problem we have is that we go through an entire can in a matter of minutes! I like that they are totally natural - no added sugars or preservatives and the kids love them. Honeyville strawberries are awesome as well.

This freeze dried peaches are great! I found freeze dried peaches in my local health food store, but they were so expensive, I was looking for something more economicial. These fit the bill perfectly. The peices range in size from a small to a large crouton, great bite sized peices that you can pop into your mouth. Shipping was fast too, the order was shipped out on the same day and I had them at my door in less than a week (a lot quicker than when Amazon said they would be delivered).

I got a bad batch and was sent another to try out. It was better but still not what I expected. On both, the pieces were very small for some reason. I was looking for some like the ones in MREs, which are excellent. These may be OK for cooking, but not what I wanted. This company's customer service is top notch though.
